My vision is to have a single design approach that applies everywhere. I have the experience to lead and handle the entire process of making things user-friendly. This includes planning what the product should do, learning about users, organizing how things are structured, creating ideas for how the product will work (prototyping), and making it look good. I create solutions by truly understanding how users go through the process, identifying the main challenges, and using creative thinking methods and tools based on user research.
